Shipping & Returns
Shipping. We ship via USPS, both nationally and internationally.
Returns or Exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your bag, please use the Contact Us form to get in touch with us. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. You have 30 days to return an item from the day you received it. To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, your bag must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Please provide your receipt for proof of purchase.
Refunds. Once we receive your bag, we will inspect it and notify you of your Refund or Exchange. If you are requesting a refund, we will return the cost of the bag minus shipping costs to your credit card or PayPal account.
Manufacturing Defects. Due to the made-by-hand nature of our bags, occasionally a defect may be missed during our quality inspection. If you feel your bag has a significant manufacturing defect preventing the bag from working properly, please use the Contac Us form to get in touch with us, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
